A machiya built in the early Taisho era (1912-1926) is used as a restaurant. The specialty is “Mochi Shabu,” a rice cake dish made in the image of a junihitoe robe and dipped in bonito broth.
The restaurant was established more than 100 years ago in a traditional machiya building.
The atmosphere of the machiya is also a little bit luxurious.
The “Mochi Shabu” is a specialty that can only be enjoyed here.
